The apartment is a wide and bright studio that has been just renovated. The space is an open space studio and it's essentially furnished with all you need. There is a kitchen with island for a quick meal, a microwave and a portable induction cooktop.
The sleeping area is furnished with one comfy double bed; there is one bathroom with shower.
You have A/C, which is a plus during the milanese summer, and of course wifi.
The design is essential, modern and functional, your stay in Milan couldn't be better.

Key collection does not take place at the flat but we use the Key Nest service.


How does it work?


-After a confirmed booking you will receive a chat message containing a link to access the registration process. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all information on alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.


-Once the registration is complete, you will receive a link with the code needed to collect the keys.

You can leave the flat by 11:00 am.
The keys must be returned to the same KeyNest point by 11:30 am.
Failure to return the key by 11:30 am will result in a late check out fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Please consider the opening hours and plan your stay accordingly.


Other important information:


- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the facility does not provide soaps and detergents.
Leave the house tidy, with the rubbish sorted as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
