Villa Elides is a hidden jewel in Phylaki village, which combines the modern taste with the classic decoration to make you feel like home. The independent house offers the most relaxing moments in the nature. Villa Elides gives you the opportunity to make your holidays memorable for you and your family or friends. The house will be your Fortress to explore the Cretan lifestyle and the unique beaches on the island. Villa Elides is fully equipped and air-conditioned, having all the amenities. During your stay you can profit by the outside dining area and the BBQ facilities, may this be a chance to improve your grilling skills. The surrounding area is ideal for walks in nature. The mountains and the green fields of Northern Crete will impress you. For sure you are going to enjoy your stay here.
The villa is close to Episkopi village, where there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, etc. Episkopi Beach is only 5,5 km away and it is full of beach bars and restaurants. Only 15' away and through a lovely route in countryside you are able to visit Argiroupoli, a village where you can enjoy the authentic Cretan cuisine by the view and the sound of Argiroupoli's waterfalls.

- Lage, Haus und Ausstattung (ausser Küche) top - Küchenausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten z.B. erstmal einen kleinen Topf kaufen, damit man wenigstens mal Eier kochen oder eine Sauce warm machen konnte. Gerschirrtücher haben wir ebenfalls selbst gekauft. - Willkommenspaket für die Erstversorgung war toll - Terassen und Balkone in jede Himmelsrichtung --> genial

Only 15' away and through a lovely route in the countryside, you are able to visit Argiroupoli, a village where you can enjoy the authentic Cretan cuisine by the view and the sound of Argiroupoli's waterfalls. ΄

Kournas Lake is only 10 kilometers away. There, you will find lots of restaurants and cafes both in the lake and in the village. You can have fun and enjoy a ride with water bicycles in the lake.

The beautiful town of Rethymno is only 20km away. You should definitely walk in the streets of the old town, where the old houses with the venetian doors and the minarets will take you on a journey through time. A plethora of restaurants, cafes and shops are waiting for you to explore them. At the edge of the old town you can visit Fortezza Castle, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. A stop to the Archeological museum and the Folklore Museum of Rethymno will complete your visit.

Chania town is 50km away, where you can enjoy the local market and various stores for shopping. At the venetian port there is a beautiful Egyptian lighthouse, the Maritime Museum of Crete, the Venetian Shipyards, the Küçük Hasan Mosque and the Chania Sailing Club - Neorio Moro. In the old town you can visit the Catholicon of the Venetian Monastery of St. Francis, also there you will find many restaurants, cafes and bars where you can enjoy the local gastronomy.
