Summary:
Bright Gautier is located in a quiet street near the Seine and across the river from the Eiffel Tower and Beaugrenelle shopping area. This neighborhood which is nestled between the metro line 9 at Jasmin and the line 10 at Mirabeau feels like a small village. Guests will love the peaceful neighborhood and the fact that they have many restaurants and shops at their doorsteps.

The Space:
Bright Gautier is one 2BDR/ 818 sqft apartment , located on the third floor , guests are greeted by the spacious living and dinning area. There is a comfortable sofa and a beautiful hard wood table with dining for six. There are two small tables that can be used as desks in this room and a Smart TV. The entire apartment was renovated in 2020 and the furnishings are modern and chic.


As guests continue down the hall there is the first children's bedroom to the right with two twin beds and lots of closet space. To the left is the kitchen complete with three hob stove, oven and large refrigerator. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with a double bedroom and again lots of closet space to unpack. The two bedrooms look out on to a courtyard with a beautiful tree in the middle. Across from the master bedroom is the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub and washer/dryer. The WC is separate.

The Neighborhood:
With its ornate 19th-century buildings, large avenues, prestigious schools, museums and various parks, the arrondissement has long been known as one of French high society's favourite places of residence (comparable to London's Kensington and Chelsea) to such an extent that the phrase le 16eme has been associated with great wealth in French popular culture. Indeed, the 16th arrondissement of Paris is France's third richest district for average household income, following the 7th, and Neuilly-sur-Seine, both adjacent. They form the most affluent and prestigious residential area in France.

The 16th arrondissement hosts several large sporting venues, including: the Parc des Princes, which is the stadium where Paris Saint-Germain football club plays its home matches; Roland Garros Stadium, where the French Open tennis championships are held; and Stade Jean-Bouin, home to the Stade Français rugby union club. The Bois de Boulogne, the second-largest public park in Paris (behind only the Bois de Vincennes), is also located in this arrondissement.
