Our one bed service apartment offers a great location for the NEC, Resorts World, Birmingham Airport and HS2. It is a home from home with everything you need for your stay.

There is a deluxe king size bed with high quality linen provided (can be separated to 2x single beds) and an additional sofa bed in the lounge if required. The good size bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

There are many benefits to you in comparison to hotels, such as amenities like your own kitchen, Netflix, lounge and dining area.

We also provide a luxurious Nespresso coffee machine with a selection of flavours to choose from, and tea / hot chocolate / biscuits are also provided. You'll have the entire space all to yourself.

We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days. We also provide a hairdryer for your convenience.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not bring bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability.

We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. We pride ourselves on great service and we would love to welcome you to our lovely home.

Hi, and welcome to Exclusive Short Stays. We're your hosts - Claire and Rob, and we're passionate about giving great service to our customers. We take great pride in our properties for the short stays business we run, and our aim is for all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As such, we are very approachable and will help guests with anything they need during their stay. We are a family and this is a family run business. So whilst we offer our properties for corporate and business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs, baby bath support and travel cots where needed, at no extra cost (kids are expensive enough, right?!) If you have any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch and we hope you enjoy your stay with us!

We are available 24 hours a day should a problem arise and we will provide details regarding this after you have booked.

There is a communal garden and the spacious apartment is located in a quiet residential area to relax in. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and modern cooking facilities, washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Heathmere is in a fantastic location! Only 8 minutes away the world renown NEC and Resorts World Arena (great for shopping), 10 minutes from Birmingham International Airport, and 12 minutes from the National Motorcycle Museum, it is very convenient for anyone who is visiting these attractions.

We are also only 12 minutes away from Jaguar Land Rover. We are 20 minutes from Solihull town centre (which is great for shopaholics - head for Touchwood Shopping Centre!), a 25 minute drive away from Birmingham town centre, and Stratford-upon-Avon is also only 40 minutes away - this makes a great day out for families or a great night out at the theatre for lovers of the Arts and especially Shakespeare.
