Sinä ja rakkaasi rakastat roiskeita vedessä ja kävelemässä rannalla yhtä paljon kuin karvaiset ystäväsi - koirat ovat tervetulleita seuraamaan sinua lomallasi vastineeksi pienelle yöpymismaksulle.

Nautittuaan kävelylle raikkaassa valtameren ilmassa, siirry takaisin kotiin rentoutumaan. Oleskelualue toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi heti astuessasi sisään kauniilla valokuvilla ja seinämää korostavalla valtamerellisellä taiteella. Ihaile kovapuulattiat, kun otat kengät pois ja rentoudut pehmeän nahkaisen futonin päällä. Se tarjoaa erinomaisen istuimen taulu-kaapelitelevisiolle! Siellä on ilmainen WiFi, mutta älä vie vie paljon aikaa työskentelemällä - sinulla on perheen ja ystävien yritys nauttia!

Keittiö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä oleskelutilasta, ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset pilataksesi jotain kuumaa ja maukasta. Altaan tyylikkään mosaiikkilaatan backsplash-kiitoksen ansiosta jopa astioiden tekeminen on luonnonkaunis!

Kolme makuuhuonetta yhdessä olohuoneessa olevan futonin kanssa tarjoavat tilaa kuudelle vieraalle pysyäksesi tässä kodissa kerralla. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on tilavat queen-size-vuoteet pariskunnille. Kolmas ylpeilee parivuodekerroksessa, jonka avulla lapset voivat levätä väsyneet päänsä. Hyvän yöunen jälkeen siirry valoisan, puhtaan kylpyhuoneen päälle rauhoittavasta aamusuihkusta päiväsi valmistelemiseksi!

Koska olet aivan Lincoln Cityn sydämessä, muista ottaa aikaa tutustua tähän viehättävään kaupunkiin. Elokuvateatteri on vastapäätä moottoritietä, ja pohjoisessa ja etelässä on matkamuistomyymälöitä ja ravintoloita. Quite obviously a party house, horrible stay

The place was not clean. Bed were made with the thinnest blankets and sand everywhere. Bathroom window broken and patched with a piece of drywall. We could have dealt with all of that if it not were for the people above us making noise from 1030-4 am. Our toddler didn't sleep a wink from their constant banging and stomping. We ended up leaving 7 am and not staying our second night. The wifi password also didn't work just to add to the experience.

Seal Lower

Place was very dated and we had a ceiling leak. Maintenance was outstanding and replaced the bed and patched the ceiling within a couple hours. Vanessa refunded me for the night. I love the friendly staff here. Very accommodating. Just wish this unit had a ocean view like the others.

Would stay again,

Loved the price. The room that we stayed in was kind of quirky and fun. Unfortunately they have no beach access due to construction on the pathway, so you must trek through a couple of dangerous trails at night. It's even worse if you use a cane. But overall we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend.

Everything was dirty, I had to wash the dishes before I could make dinner the first night. The door code didn’t had to use the key, looks like someone has been trying to get in with a pry bar. No Ac that I seen so if it’s going to be hot at the coast this place don’t have one.

The place was dirty. Kitchen supplies were meager, and no extra paper towels.

The walls, doors, TV, microwave were dirty. The floors were not swept dirt and dust viewed throughout the place. The Oven did not work only one burner on the stove worked. There were no blankets or extra bedding in the entire place. There is no option of getting more towels. Kitchen supplies was meager with only one coffee cup no picture for juice no mixer or blender option.

A little funky

It was really nice to have a clean place where dogs were allowed as well as access to the beach just a few minutes away. It is a little wonky inside, but I'd go again!

Dingy - just like your house

The place was okay. The walls are scuffed - but I'd bet a lot of the guests home are. The floors look okay but are very dirty. (Bring slippers or your feet will be dirty) The beds are soft and old. The shower is nice with hot water and a nice seat/ledge. There is a nice small couch (not the black futon) Seating for 3 people! Don't expect luxury, because you're not paying for luxury. But it's an okay place to stay.

Uhhh not terrible, not great

The floors are uneven and it’s definitely a party motel. My room was facing the parking lot on the ground level, the curtains were see through so I could look into peoples eyes as their cars headlights were 3 feet from my window/the front door and a party of 6 we’re carrying a couple 24-racks of beer upstairs. The walls were paper thin so we could hear dogs nails scurrying around all night above our heads & barking at others arriving in the middle of the night. The window in the bathroom is falling apart, and when you open it, there was a torn-apart couch behind the building. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad for me, but the steep hill, multiple stair sets and boulder barrier you have to climb over wouldn’t be easy for someone with small kids or poor balance. There’s pretty much no furniture to put your belongings so you’ll have to leave everything on the floor. Also, not a lot of counter space, and hardly any outlets. We had to plug the toaster in next to the front door on a barstool haha. Check the yelp reviews! They’re fairly representative of what to expect, perhaps a tad dramatic.

Dirty, pictures not Seal Lower

We had 2 adults and 3 dogs with us. After driving 9 hrs, we had to clean the floors and disinfect counters, door knobs, and floors before we brought our things in. Both the shower and tub were brown and tub had sand. Do not think it was cleaned. We did not arrive until 12am. The couch is not what is pictured and smells of urine with lots of stains. Floors are not level. Tub leaked and vacasa did contact the on site team. We returned to the place waiting on staff. Waited for 3 hrs and left to do a meal pick up 10 min away. While there, we received a call and I let them know I was not there and did not agree to let them go in with my dogs there, and they were closing in 5 minutes. Asked them to return next morning. Staff huffed in response, but agreed. Fell from the shower into the living room that night, despite putting down towels to absorb the water. I was bruised from my right shoulder and huge bruise on my hip from the stairs. We decided to leave the next morning. So they received 2 free nights from us, which is frustrating. Never received a response from the office or vacasa to send pictures. Parking was difficult and most people were rather rude and would take 2 spots. Maybe if they marked spots for each place and had additional parking for individuals who have more than 1 car. This is also not a ocean view. You cannot see the ocean from the apartment. To get to the ocean you have 3 flights of stairs and then about 0.5 mi trek down a sloped road, and then down rocks. If you have older dogs or not able to do stairs, have strollers, etc. you will not be able to access the ocean and will need to drive about 10 min to the park, which is super busy. Proper cleaning, maintenance, and necessary updates are needed. The doors are all damaged and would be super easy for a break in. The floors not leveled are more than should be expected with house settling.

This was absolutely the worst possible property that we could have stayed in. Anniversary ruined.

This place was a dump that we had to spend our own money on cleaning supplies to make tolerable because we could not get our money back. All previous negative reviews very true. I will never book through vrbo or vacasa again. My wedding anniversary was completely ruined. All I got in return was a bunch of text message that someone would be in contact about the condition of the property and the safety concerns that I had. We never received one call from the local manager and no one came out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

If there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would. I should have listened to the negative reviews on here. I have NEVER stayed in such a filthy, uncomfortable place in my life and nobody in our party got any sleep because we felt unsafe and concerned for our health. We ended up staying the first night because it was too far to drive back home, but we did not stay on the second night that we paid for. When we first arrived, it was about 4:15, check-in time is 4:00. The housekeeper was still cleaning, and the door was open so we waited around for maybe 10/15 minutes to enter but she was very nice about it. Then when we used the lockbox, the key itself stuck in the door lock and we couldn’t get it open at first. BUT of course, the office closes at 4 PM so at/after check-in time there’s nobody to help you. Thankfully with some shoving and pushing through the obviously broken lock and door handle, we were able to get it open. That’s just the beginning. The door had a bunch of marks where it looked like it had been smashed in, so it didn’t feel very safe. Then we walked inside and immediately noticed the tv is hanging at a strange angle from the wall mount, the sofa is NOTHING like the photo and is incredibly stained and nasty looking. We wouldn’t even sit on it without putting towels down. The walls were filthy, there were spiderwebs all over in the corners and along the higher part of the walls, and a few spiders that we did see. There was mold in the bathroom-very obvious, very gross mold along the edges around the shower, and urine stains on the floor. The beds looked okay at first although based on everything else we wondered if anything was safe/clean. Then we started to notice a few other things-the lights were flickering oddly at times, and not only did the sofa look nothing like the photos but everything else was a little off-no carpet in the bedrooms like in the photos, etc. Also the walls were filthy all over and the floor and walls were uneven at certain points-I understand if the place is old but it felt unsafe and unhygienic all around. At this point it was too late for us to drive back to my sister’s house in Salem so we decided we would stay the night. We went to get some food and came back to cook dinner, only to find that the dishes in the cupboard were also dirty, so we had to thoroughly wash them before we could even use them (eventually we went back to the store to get disposable cups and bowls and utensils because we were grossed out). Then we tried to go to bed. I (an adult male) tried to sleep on the top bunk of the bunk beds, but they creaked so loudly we thought it might collapse. It should state in the ad that these are FLIMSY beds and can only be occupied by smaller adults or children, not a regular sized adult. It was very late at night, but we had to swap out and have my nephew take the top bunk instead and I went to open the sofa bed (which we didn’t want to use because the sofa looked so dirty and gross). Upon opening the sofa bed, the sheet inside of it had sand, dirt, stains, and NAIL CLIPPINGS inside it. Right on the surface-so there was no way in hell I was going to sleep on it. Thankfully we had brought a camping cot, so I had to set that up and sleep on the floor. Needless to say after all of that we decided to get the hell out as early as we could the next morning (we were all too anxious and uncomfortable to sleep). We didn't even shower-nobody wanted to use the bathroom at all if it could be avoided. We did not use the second night even though we paid for it. I can’t believe that this is even available to book, much less that there are some positive reviews for this place. I did see negative reviews when booking, but they were mixed enough that I hoped it would at least be tolerable. I am not a snob, but we were seriously concerned for our health and safety. Avoid this place-do not book it. ...

I think for what the staff is working with they are doing fantastic!

I thought it was nice that all linens were stain free and crisp. Very generous with toiletries and they even had a few cleaning items under sink. The place smelled nice on arrival. Clean for the circumstance but it could use improvements with overall condition of building. This property is within a short skip to the beach which is fabulous. I have to say parking is extremely difficult and I had a guest block me in due to him feeling he was entitled to park smack in the middle of parking lot Some guidance with who to contact given this situation or possibly something to put the fear in those who do this to others like double parking or blocking others will result in your vehicle being removed from property and towed at owners expense for example. I think it would be nice for that situation.

This condo was very quaint and close to the beach. Unfortunately this condo was very filthy upon arriving. Although the site manager was very helpful the condo was not equipped for the items in the home, such as extra blankets to utilize the extra bed and lacked amenities stated in the listing.

Staff is always working hard to maintain property great location room for improvements with condition of building . Parking is a challenge very busy property. Ideal location we will be back

Comfortable

It was really comfortable inside. Looks nice. At this location there is no view of the beach from your room. But it is caddy corner away. I'd stay again for sure

Great stay!!!

Nice stay floor was a little slopped so i felt like i was on a drunk the whole time!!! Lol The gal checked us in was amazing!!! So helpful!!! She had 4 boys she said!!! I didnt get her name!! Would stay there again for sure!!
