Villa Azurite sits on a plot of land of around 3.5 acres in an amphitheater location close to Villa Ammonite in Psarrou. The villa has a total area of about 187 m2 on two levels, including an open-plan living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 master bedrooms, and a guest WC.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen are equipped with modern appliances, and the villa features full air conditioning, WIFI, flat-screen TV, and an alarm system.

The upper floor features a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony, as well as a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony.
