About 40 square meters large and free on two sides, the apartment has a veranda overlooking the pool, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, reserved parking space, for a total of 4 sleeps. Among the amenities available: washing machine, air conditioning in every room, oven. Marina Maria beach can be reached by car or by bicycle and is only 4 minutes away. The Anemone building of the Myrsine complex has a common swimming pool with shallow water area for children, sun deck, outdoor shower and lifeguard.

Myrsine Genny is tastefully furnished and finished with care. An external staircase leads to the entrance with living room, kitchenette with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven, air conditioning, double sofa bed.
The covered veranda, equipped with a table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor dining and spending a pleasant evening with friends. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. A reserved parking space is located at the foot of the building.

Within a radius of one kilometer there are all the services necessary to satisfy daily needs such as bars, gastronomy, restaurants, supermarket.
