Our sleek 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Central London, just around the corner from Buckingham Palace and Victoria Square. Situated on the top floor of a period building, the flat features two bright and spacious bedrooms, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a tastefully decorated reception room.

Please be aware that the flat is on the top floor and so there are quite a lot of stairs to reach the property!

Located in the exclusive Belgravia neighborhood, our flat in the heart of central London is ideal for easy access to shops, trendy restaurants, and the best that London has to offer.

Getting Around:
The flat benefits from the excellent transport facilities of Victoria Station and the newly revamped Victoria Street.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property does not have a lift.

This property is up for rent, so there is the possibility we will need to do viewings during your stay. If this is the case we will give you 24 hours notice. We will follow all covid restrictions with regards to this.
In the very unlikely event of a maintenance emergency, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible should an engineer need to enter the property. However, should an emergency arise out of hours they may need to enter without notice and they are all vetted with passports. They will knock if you are home, please feel free to check their ID. Thank you.

Belle situation
Le logement est idéalement situé. Au 3ème sans ascenseur. Il comporte 2 belles chambres et un séjour. Il est par contre équipé à minima. Pour un très court séjour aucun problème, sur un plus long temps ça peut être un peu juste. Mais franchement cet appartement est très chouette !

Great location!
If you are looking for a great location, Belgravia is close to everything. We walked everywhere - shopping, shows, groceries, sight-seeing - and if we needed the tube, we were steps away from Victoria Station. So, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on location! The unit itself was not as exactly as pictured. It has been stripped of all decor and some of the furniture has been changed out - so it was quite stark and the furniture very uncomfortable. The beds were ok for comfort but the linens and pillows were also very basic. Everything was minimal. The kitchen was stocked but again, to the minimum expected. 4 plates, 4 cups etc. Otherwise was fine. The apartment is in an old building and while that can be charming, there are drawbacks. You have to walk up about 50 stairs to get to the unit (good for the glutes I expect) but not so great with luggage. The building is creeky and we could hear the tenant upstairs as he went about his day and when he played music. Thankfully he shut it down by midnight. Once you got used to it, it wasn’t so bad. If you are a light sleeper, that may be something to think about. The carpet was quite stained in places making the apartment seem dirtier than it probably was. The keys to check in are about 1km away - so about 10 minute walk. A map would have been nice, I didn’t have a SIM card yet so I couldn’t use GPS. The locals were very helpful!! The walk isn’t bad at all unless you have to drag your luggage or the weather is nasty and you are ill-prepared. Had I known I’d have had the cabbie drop me there first. Communications with the property manager were returned promptly and respectfully. They were very helpful with a slightly earlier check-in and an easier check out process, both much appreciated. All in all, this is a perfectly adequate apartment in an fantastic location. Because we were staying 2 weeks, we were looking for something a little more comfortable for those times we stayed in. This apartment appeared to be that from the photos.
