Dale View in Fryup, North Yorkshire, sleeps thirteen guests in six bedrooms.

Dale View is a superb detached farmhouse cottage resting in Fryup, North Yorkshire. Hosting six bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower room two doubles, a ground-floor double, a twin and a ground-floor triple bunk along with two bathrooms, this property can sleep up to 13 guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snug. Outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, gravelled areas, furniture and barbecue. Dale View is a fantastic base for a memorable holiday to the idyllic North York Moors National Park.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Rangemaster stove with dual fuel with 4 x electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player, Bose sound system and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Private driveway with ample off-road parking. Garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture, swing set and barbecue. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.1 miles. Beach 12 miles. Note: The property is accessed via a 400m farm track. Note: The helpful owners John and Trish, live on site in an annex and will be able to help with any queries you may have. Note: No stag/hen groups or similar. Note: During the Christmas and New Year period, the owner will provide a real Christmas tree

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Nestles in the picturesque Esk Valley in the heart of North York Moors National Park is the charming village of Castleton. The village is encompassed by numerous other quaint villages and towns while thriving itself and offering two pubs, both serving delicious food, a village shop, a convenience store, a Post Office, tea rooms and a small art gallery. Nearby is the lively seaside town of Whitby, and within easy reach is the bustling town of Pickering and Malton.
