Keltainen mökki järven rannalla - perhe- ja veneystävällinen!

Tämä uusi keltainen mökki on pari taloa yli punaisesta (VRBO # 555099). Siinä on sama asettelu, mutta neljäs kylpyhuone ja suurempi kansi!

Etsitkö rauhaa ja seesteisyyttä katsomatta yli naapureiden kattoja? Tämä upea järven edessä oleva koti sijaitsee Osoyoos-järven pohjoispäässä. Järven rauhallinen alue on perheystävällinen paratiisi vesiurheiluun ja uimiseen! Tietysti olemme vain minuutin päässä Burrowing Owl- ja Black Hills Winery Estates -kohteista, jos pidät viininmaisteluista!

Jos etsit jännitystä, harkitse kuinka lähellä olemme uuteen Area 27 -radan reittiin, joka sijaitsee Oliverissä 227 hehtaarin päässä moottoriurheilun harrastajille! Alue 27 Karting Centerillä on maailmanluokan laitos, joka takaa adrenaliinin virtauksen. Lähtö: saadaksesi lisätietoja.

Kesällä paikalliset hedelmäosasteet ja viljelijöiden markkinat tarjoavat mahdollisuuden tutustua laajaan valikoimaan tuotteita, mukaan lukien kirsikat, luumut, persikat, aprikoosit ja nektariinit. Talvella olemme vain 40 minuutin päässä Mount Baldy -hiihtokeskuksesta ja 1 ½ tunnin päässä Big White -hiihtokeskuksesta kaikille niille ratsastajille, jotka rakastavat jauhemaista lunta!

Muutaman askeleen päässä omaisuudesta vie sinut polkua kohti laituria tai 500 jalkaa olevalle valkoiselle hiekkarannalle, jossa voit nauttia iltaisesta ranta nuotosta, pelata lentopalloa tai vain katsella, kuinka lapset leikkivät hiekassa. Klubitalo on jaettu asukkaille ja vieraille tässä aidatussa yhteisössä, ja siihen kuuluu 2 kausiluonteista ulkouima-allasta, 2 kylpytynnyriä, kuntokeskus ja jaettu yhteinen huone.

Avoin konsepti, suuri huone, josta on esteetön näköala järvelle, ranskalaiset kaksoisovet, jotka johtavat suureen osittaisella kannella.
• Avoin konseptikeittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja se mahdollistaa ateriaa edeltävät keskustelut perheen kanssa suuressa huoneessa tai ruokailutilassa. Nauti sisätiloista ystävien ja perheen kanssa isolla pöydällä, johon mahtuu 8 mukavasti tai 4 istua keittiön graniittilaarilla
• Osittain peitetty kansi, jossa BBQ ja terassisarja, joka mahtuu 6, jos tarvitset varjoa.

This cottage was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The pictures aren't able to capture everything the place has to offer. Its the perfect place for a large family, with a fully stocked kitchen and large BBQ, plenty of seating and sleeping space and so many bathrooms. We were a little concerned about the distance from the town, but the amenities and beauty of the place being in a gated community, offsets the short drive. Simply stunning views, and peaceful oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was better than we imagined. There was enough room for all 10 of us - 8 adults and 2 children under 6. Very well stocked with basic spices and appliances/dishes/silverware. The beach area was fantastic - the pictures don’t do it justice and it’s only a 3 minute walk from the cottage. We would not hesitate to book this again, and it’s only 15 min to downtown Osoyoos. The owners were very responsive and the home is beautiful - watching the barn swallows fly around was an added bonus!

Great Rental for a Group

We were a group of friends travelling together for golf and winery visiting. The layout and location of Mark and Tania’s home suited the needs of four couples perfectly. Wonderful Cottage!

Spectacular waterfront views await you at this fantastic property. We all enjoyed the private beach at the lake and the pool with 2 hot tubs. There is also an abundance of quality wineries to discover very close by. A relaxing vacation all round.

This is our second time as a family renting both houses from Mark and Tania. The view of the lake is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and the landscaping throughout the development is beautiful. We made good use of the play ground. The houses had plenty of room for 12 guests. The perfect place for family gatherings.

House was awesome, kitchen was especially well equipped for our non stop cooking and eating! Layout was great for our multi generational family. Deck was private and view was gorgeous. Amazing Stay

This house is amazing, it has everything you need to entertain the whole family. While we didn't have the best weather, we were able to keep the kids all busy with all the games in the house and at the pool (which was heated). We can't wait to plan our next trip already.

Great place for family

The place is big and spacious for family with 6 adults and two kids. Great location with a lot of beach toys. Pool table provided evening entertainment. Some appliances not working well. Check out cleaning procedures is a bit more than normally expected.

Clean and comfortable

This was a very clean and comfortable stay right on Osoyoos Lake. The cottage was well equipped and spacious for our group of eight, including toddlers, children, adults, and grandparents. We liked the location, just a short walk to the beach. We all really enjoyed the shady lower deck and hammock on hot afternoons. Our kids loved the bunk beds. Thanks for having us.

Perfect family meeting place

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place to stay so that we could all be together in one place. We took advantage of the golf courses near by, the many wineries around, the pool and hot tub and even the lake. The top things we enjoyed about the Yellow Cottage were the view, the deck, the pool table and the many comfy bedrooms and ample bathrooms. The hosts were very responsive, communications were clear and easy to follow, and we felt that if we had needed to reach out for anything, which we didn’t, they would have been quick to help! We hope to be back!

July 2024 Family Vacation

This was our first stay at The Cottages. Mark was attentive in communicating with us all along the way even when he himself was out of the country. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. Mark even arrived to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for being close to the beach and a quick walk to the pool and gym. The facilities were great for our kids and grandkids. Everyone had a fantastic time. Thanks Mark and Tania. We really enjoyed our stay at your place.

Great spot for multi family vacation

This place has just about everything you need for a family vacation. Perfect spot, patios overlooking the lake, mountains and marina. It's a short walk to beach, marina and clubhouse. Plenty of extra parking nearby, lots of storage room and 2nd fridge in garage, great house layout with lots of living and lounging space, nice kitchen with plenty of extras. Great communication with Mark, the host, before and during trip. We had a minor issue with plumbing but he had a plumber there the same day I told him that came and fixed the issue. Thanks Mark for providing a great spot for families to make memories for life. Cheers

Great location and layout

This is a beautiful cottage. The layout and location are excellent and it's really a lovely place to stay. Only issue we had was ants. Coming in from the garage and from under the front door seal. Also in the basement. The owner did tell me the previous people had complained about ants as well. There were traps out and some spray (which we didn't want to spray while we were in the home). I contacted the owner and it was suggested we purchase traps and then be reimbursed for them. Honestly when spending this kind of money on a vacation I would hope that the problem would have been rectified by the time we checked in. Also all of the upstairs windows had a ton of bugs in spider webs in the corners. There were liquid splashes of some sort down the wall by the patio doors and our socks when worn were pretty dirty the first day we arrived. I assume a cleaning company comes in and does the service, so I would maybe suggest a chat with them to address these areas. Overall we loved our stay. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but floors/windows left a bit to be desired.

Osoyoos Summer Getaway

We just returned from a weeks stay at Mark and Tania's cottages on Osoyoos Lake. We stayed as a group of 2 families, 8 people including adults and teenagers. We had ample room for all of us to spread out and to be together. The whole cottage is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The cottage is in a wonderful location, there are very few people walking by so it is very private. We had our boat with us we happy to find out the cottage location is very close to the marina. The marina is very nice and very clean. We launched our boat at the public launch in town and stored our trailer at the public facility in town as well (pay by a parking meter per day). The teens in our group found a love for the game of pool and made way more use out of the pool table that I would have ever imagined. We only used the pool and hot tub a few times but I was surprised how well taken care of everything is and again how lovely and clean the facility is. The staff who work here do an amazing job and keeping things looking wonderful. We didn't realize that many residents own golf carts to get around the property (there are some really cute ones!) We talked to a woman at the pool who mentioned she rented one (not sure from where?) and had it delivered to her cottage. Maybe someone else can benefit from this information as if I had known, I may have done the same thing! Great place for families

We were looking for a great place to hang out and relax as a family and this home fit all of our needs. Great space for us with the 4 bedrooms and nice to have the 4 bathrooms as well, let everyone have their own space. The location was great too. Access to many of the best wineries in the area was only a very short distance and we were able to visit quite a few. The home is very well equipped with everything you need, the beds were very comfortable too. The recreation facility was good too although the large pool was closed for the season we certainly made use of the hot tub, the gym and the pickle ball court too. I can only imagine how great this place would be in the summer. All communication was good as well and had no issues with the property when we were there so didn’t need to contact owners during our stay. Would definitely rent this hone again.

Last Week of Summer Getaway with Friends

Our bubble of five spent 6 nights at the Yellow Cottage and welcomed in the first day of Autumn. The community is very well laid out and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. The Yellow Cottage is spacious, well appointed, and light filled- perfect for our group who enjoys cooking and the outdoors. We made good use of the family room and enjoyed signing onto our accounts on the Smart TV to enjoy some evening binge watching! This unusual year has kept us all closer to home but we plan to make a mid- September stay at the Yellow Cottage part of our future plans and would recommend it to our discerning friends and family

Nice relaxing getaway!

The cottage is in a great location minutes walk away from the beach and pool. There is a beautiful view of the marina and the beach from the back of the cottage which was nice to wake up to. Equipment was available for use for the beach which was convenient. While the main fridge wasn't completely working there was another fridge to save the day. Mark was very responsive and addressed all of our needs during our stay.

The perfect spot got our multi generational family holiday! Something for everyone, safe for the younger ones, quality amenities. Anytime we needed something, we found it was there.

Our family of 5 enjoy the outdoors! We purchased this second cottage (our first one is listed on VRBO #555099) because we have extended family that love to travel out to BC. We want to share our space with others, because we believe that everyone should be able to discover BC and all that it has to offer. The lake views and serenity of the Osoyoos area is a gift that helps the soul feel rejuvenated!

Our kids love to swim in the warm lake, and enjoy going into the town of Osoyoos to eat icecream. We probably just love doing nothing but enjoying the scenery through the many trails, visiting fruit markets, and ending our days on the deck with a glass of wine.

If you are lucky enough, you will see the wild horses that roam along the beach, feeding on the tall grass by the east side of the lake. Sometimes they walk along the same road that you have just travelled
If you love basking in the heat of the summer, swimming in Canada's warmest lake, lounging and relaxing by the water with the views of vineyards, then you've come to the right place!
