Ideal for professionals, sports fans and tourists to explore!

Poor management - great location
Day of check in - property was left unclean by the previous guests. Quick call to the manager and we’re told to move to another property 45 mins away but managed to get the cleaners sorted and the apartment was cleaned by late evening . WiFi router was unplugged and the engineer was booked in at our check out date , early heads up would have been appreciated. Location is quite central to London and in a good area with close proximity to public transport . If management is sorted then a lovely place to stay.

Great neighborhood, flat needs work
We chose this flat for the location, which was great. However, the listing advertised two double beds and that it could sleep 4 comfortably. The guest bedroom cannot comfortably accommodate more than one person as the bed is closer to a twin than a queen. The flat is the first in the building and there is a bright light that shines in from both the entry way and the courtyard. It never goes off and illuminates the flat at night. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi information provided to us was either incorrect or the network didn’t work. We were without it the entire time, which made things very challenging for what we needed to do. I attempted to contact the property manager in multiple ways, but did not get a response until after we had checked out. Extremely frustrating!

Poor communication & No Wi-Fi
We arrived exhausted and ready to check in. The property management sent incorrect arrival information that had us checking in at a separate location (15 min walk from actual address with 2 kids and all our luggage). We were unable to get the keys and unable to reach anyone to assist for several hours past our check in time despite multiple calls (it was a Monday during business hours). My family had to sit at a coffee shop while I was trying to sort it out and fearing we were scammed. Thank goodness the laundry service happened to be at the unit when I walked down to the unit. They took pity and let us in after they verified our reservation. Once we were able to get in, the property was acceptable, although a little noisy given it was right next to the building entrance so you could hear the entry door opening and closing and people coming and going . The beds were not very comfortable and the oven lighter didn’t work. We got used to these issues after the first couple days. The location was nice and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and right next to a small but very well stocked convenience store. Easy 15 min walk to the underground. The Wi-Fi didn’t work which a major inconvenience and required wasting holiday time walking to local coffee shop to conduct work on laptop…work that could have been done quickly at the flat. Overall, rating would be a 4 if communication and Wi-Fi are corrected.

Just as pictured, great location
This rental is just as the pictures show it. The location is great for walking and access to Tube and bus lines. Internet stopped working on Day 3 of our stay (a Friday) and it was difficult to communicate with the host without it. It was not resolved by Monday and we were leaving the next day, so we said not to bother trying to fix it before we left. Otherwise a good stay.
