You can set each room’s climate individually for precision comfort, then sit back as the home automatically heats and cools to your preference. You can fine-tune the brightness and even the colour of the lighting to set the right mood for whatever you’re feeling. You can also set it to play music and media around the home and much more. You won't even need to worry about whether you’ve turned everything off as the house will know when it's empty and turn everything off for you.

Guests can stay connected as a strong 5G signal is fully active in this area, or connect to our complementary WiFi 6 at a superfast 500Mbps speed! You will also have full use of a guest tablet and a personal guest app during your stay.

The smart speakers in each room can be connected to for immersive whole-home audio. The 65-inch TV in the living room provides a standout cinematic experience which is perfect for winding down in the evenings. Both the living room and the 2nd bedroom TV’s feature access to Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV and other on-demand services. Complementary accounts have been created for selected services so you won’t even need to log in. Both TV’s are also Chromecast and Airplay ready for added flexibility.

To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. This is a standard, legally compliant precaution, released within 48 hours post-checkout if no damages occur. Thank you for your understanding

Parking:

This apartment is outside of Bristol's permit parking scheme so all residential streets in the area have fully unrestricted free parking. There is always ample street parking available just a 1 minute walk away on Sommerville Road and Brynland Avenue.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please ensure you adhere to the recycling policy by placing items in their designated containers in the outside bins. The Bristol city council will refuse to collect the rubbish if otherwise, and we may get fined.

There is no smoking at all in the property. Please only smoke in the designated smoking areas outside and discard your cigarettes in the smoking bins provided, there may be additional costs if there is smoking in the apartment.

Please ensure you shut the apartment building's door, even if you are only going out for a cigarette.

We do not allow any pets, events and parties in our apartment, there may be additional costs if the rules are broken.
