Perfect apt for long stays - Barrio de las Letras - Gym and Garden

The house consists of a living room conceived in an open concept together with the dining room and the kitchen which is delivered fully equipped and with everything you need for your stay. The house has a laundry room where we can find a washer and dryer.

Walking down the corridor we find on the right a room with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a large wardrobe and on the left a full bathroom with a bathtub that serves this room.

In the background we find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. This bedroom has a queen bed (180 cm x 190 cm) and ample closets for storage. The integrated bathroom in this bedroom has two sinks and a large shower tray.

The apartment is exterior and has pleasant views of the city and has been designed to make the most of the space.

Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
Check-in after 20:00 pm has a cost of 30 euros.
Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
If during your stay you need a cot or high chair, please inform our team. This service has an additional cost.
Two sets of keys are supplied.
Check-outs are at 11:00 am.
