Groups of young people under 30 years old are not allowed.

Beautiful villa with private swimming pool featuring up of 3 luminous rooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a large living room, next to its comfortable armchairs we find a fireplace that gives a touch of distinction to the environment, also has a TV and a delicate decoration. It is remarkable its spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area and overlooking the garden.

If you want to enjoy the outdoors outdoors, there are furniture, hammocks and umbrellas where you can relax by the pool enjoying an aperitif or meals made in its splendid barbecue with your loved ones, the place is ideal to take advantage of the summer afternoons.

It also has a wonderful park for the little ones, so it is a house designed for families.

Puig de Ros is located to the southeast of Palma, with a life of its own, its surroundings of calm and rest make it ideal for families but only 10 min by car from the Playa de Palma known for its leisure area. Puig de Ros is ideal for cycling trips and excursions along the cliffs.

Undoubtedly a perfect choice to spend your holidays in Mallorca. We will wait for you!

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. Although it does not have central heating, all air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Achtung! Lass dir den Stromzähler zeigen. Strom wird extra berechnet. Bei mir 54€ für 1 Person, 7 Übernachtungen. Unverhältnismäßig. Kissen & Liegen im Außenbereich sind leider sehr ungepflegt, versparkt und schmutzig.Kuchche ist mittelmäßig ausgestattet. Betten sind gut. Der Außenbereich, sowie vorhandene Grill,sehr schmutzig.Alles in allen okay für ein Ferienhaus,aber ich werde dort nicht mehr wohnen. Zudem wurde ich 5x per Mail/WhatsApp darauf hingewiesen dass Haus pünktlich zu verlassen,dass hat wirklich genervt. Whirlpool ging nicht, Dusche oben fehlte eine Tür, Toilette unten Türschloss komplett defekt. Gardinen im Wohnzimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen, Zugband kaputt.

Family break
Thé villa is very spacious and well equipped. We used the BBQ one evening but ate out every other night. There were a couple of minor faults, such as a toilet door which didn’t lock and broken shower doors. We managed to lock ourselves out one morning and the agency sent someone round to resolve the issue for us straight away. Our only other negative comment is that they aren’t many facilities nearby, so we had to drive to the next town for restaurants etc. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the accommodation.

Construction work ongoing next door
We would be pleased with the house, the pool and the garden if it wasn’t for the construction site next to the property which made it impossible to spend time there from 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday. Needless to say, the disturbance ruined our stay completely. When asking the agency, Portic Villas, about it Monday morning, they argued that they were not aware about the construction site and were unable to assist or compensate us at all. We expected to have been informed and offered another housing, or at least not charged full price for our stay. The way they handled our complaint was unacceptable.
