Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Nerja, urbanization Verano Azul, on the first floor.

The apartment is distributed in a living room with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea, the pool and the city.
The living room has a 39" TV with satellite and international channels (English, French, German, Dutch, and many other countries) and access to a catalog of streaming movies and series (in original version), free Wi-Fi (fiber optic of 300Mbs), air conditioning, sofa bed (on request and supplement), kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc. A double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. Small room with washing machine.

The urbanization has two swimming pools open all year round with garden areas, as well as free parking in the surroundings of the urbanization.

Bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the building, as well as bars, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets and other businesses in the vicinity.
No car is necessary and Burriana Beach is a 12-minute walk away (1 km).

The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50.

The house is delivered clean and neat and guests are expected to treat it as if it were their own, with proper use of things, as well as looking for the material provided for their use and enjoyment. As is the case with umbrellas, if it is windy they remain closed, since in case of breakage the deposit will be charged, as well as good use of hammocks, chairs and other household items.
In the event that any appliance / accessory does not work properly, please notify your contact person so that they can be aware of this failure and be able to fix it in the shortest possible time to achieve the most pleasant stay of the Guest.

Depending on the house and guests staying you are given 1 or 2 sets of keys, in which the loss of any of these sets of keys by the guests will result in the change of the lock cylinder for a new one (for reasons security) so the cost of the change will be charged from the deposit, as well as the misuse of the keys in which the guests accidentally get locked outside the house and the keys are inside the house, depending on where the circumstance may be charged for the service. In the event that the key is forgotten inside the house lock, a locksmith will have to be called to open the house and this expense will be borne by the guest.

The towels and sheets of the house (lingerie) are to make the stay in our houses a pleasant and comfortable experience for the guests, so please do not use the towels or linen for personal use to remove make-up, clean alcohol or wine of any surface since the cleaning of makeup, alcohol or wine can leave marks or irreversible stains on them and they will have to be discarded and the lingerie unit will be charged.

The use of glass of any kind is not allowed in the pool or on the edge of it, due to possible detachments of crystals inside the pool and future cuts by guests.
