White Hera Villa is a luxurious, high spec, minimalist design 210 sq.m villa with 3 ensuite bedrooms split between 2 floors suitable for 6 guests. The villa is hillside and overlooks Lybian sea on the south of Crete in the Agios Pavlos area with just 1.4 km to the Prasonisi beach. The villa provides amenities for the entire group such as a heated private swimming pool, 3 seater hot tub, and excellent outdoor area with bbq and dining area under a pergola. South of Crete is known for the cleanest and one of a kind beaches due to its still largely undisturbed nature.

Ground floor & Outdoor

The villa has a high spec of white finishings creating a light & airy feeling throughout the open plan kitchen and living area. The sleek and modern kitchen area includes high end appliances, a stone kitchen island with 4 bar stools. The dining area includes a wooden table for 8 and is separated by a privacy wall area from the kitchen. The smart design makes for an excellent private dining experience. The large expansive dining/kitchen area also transforms into a living room space which includes white sectional luxury sofa seating area, built-in fireplace and 40" Smart TV finish the space.


Floor to ceiling glass patio doors make for a seamless outdoor transition to the terrace with the pool, sunken hot tub all with the panoramic sea views.


The outdoor amenities include:
- 35sqm outdoor heated swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0,40m - 1,50m. The pool can be heated upon request, with an additional charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one weeks advance notice).
- Shallow section with chaise longues for sunbathing.
- Six sunbeds located around the poolside
- A sunken hot tub for 3
- Poolside shower
- A dining table for 6 under the pergola
- Outdoor kitchen with Broil King Gas Barbecue, 4 ring gas hob and sink.

- The property is fenced and has private parking with space for 2 cars


The ground floor includes a WC for the common areas and a utility room with the laundry appliances of washer and dryer. From the dining area, a corridor leads to the two bedrooms.


Bedroom 1

The bedroom is ensuite with the rainfall shower, a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), A/C, 27" TV and patio doors opening onto the terrace with countryside and sea views.


Bedroom 2

The bedroom is ensuite with the rainfall shower equipped with a Queen size bed (1,80 x 2,00), A/C, 27" TV and patio doors leading to an outdoor terrace with sea and countryside views.


Upper level

Bedroom 3
The entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom which includes a Queen size bed (1,80x2,00), A/C, 40" Smart TV. Seaview is seen from the bed through large patio doors and oversized windows. A huge private balcony overlooks the stunning panoramic views of sea, distant coastline, pool, Paximadia Island and mountains.




Villa White Hera is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


The services below are also included in the price:
- Welcome pack including wine and traditional Cretan treats
- Housekeeping every 3 days and final cleaning
- Towel & Linen changes every 3 days
- Pool and garden maintenance


Furthermore, the following services can be arranged with an additional fee, upon request:
- Grocery shopping & delivery at the Villa (a delivery fee of 25EUR/day is required in addition to the cost of the groceries. The list should be provided one day in advance).


**Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge," requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
