This luxurious detached lodge (chalet) for a maximum of 12 people is located in beautiful Wagrain in Salzburgerland, just a few minutes' walk from the center and offers a beautiful view of the Grafenberg nature and mountain adventure world and the surrounding mountain landscape.

This lodge has a large living room with a high-quality dining table and wood-burning stove, a luxurious fully equipped kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a games room and a large outdoor terrace with hot tub. There is also a washing machine, a separate ski room with ski boot dryer, garage and carport.

The next ski lift is not far from the lodge and takes you directly to the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas with 210 kilometers of slopes. Directly connected to the Flachau and Alpendorf ski areas, Wagrain is part of the Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski Amade with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes. Snow Space Salzburg offers winter sports enthusiasts many entrances to the ski area, 3 of which are in Wagrain alone.

In the middle of the impressive mountains in Salzburgerland you will find the best mix for your holiday, around 230 kilometers of marked hiking trails between crystal-clear mountain lakes and rustic alpine huts, around 150 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes and several swimming lakes (Rupertisee, Wengsee) as well as the Wagrain water world for lots of swimming fun Summer.

Wagrain offers lots of shops and supermarkets for your daily needs as well as a large selection of restaurants and bars. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in around 45 minutes by car.
