Through two open archways from the kitchen/dining area is the living room which has a portrait window and bi folding doors leading directly out into the private, fenced garden. The living room is bright and airy with a wood burner, television, a selection of family games and music system.
Off the kitchen you will find the utility room which has a freezer, overflow fridge, ice machine and washing machine.
The first double bedroom is on the ground floor and next to it is the downstairs shower room.
In the hallway there is ample hanging space for bags and coats and room for shoes/boots/extra bits under the stairs.
Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.
The garden has plenty of seating, a bbq, fire pit and a long table perfect for sociable al fresco dining and enjoying the fresh air.
It is fenced and has a small gate at the front, perfect for keeping little ones/dogs safe.
