This lovely house is situated at the end of the High Street, opposite the White Hart pub. Ideally located for all of the amenities in Aldeburgh, and just a short walk away from the beach.

Stepping through the front door into the cosy sitting room which leads through to the open-plan kitchen and dining space, with the dining table cleverly built into the space with benches around it. Beyond the kitchen is a lovely sun room which catches the light and leads through into a pretty courtyard garden space. This cottage has lots of space so you can spread out and find your own quiet spot, whilst also being close to the rest of the family.

Upstairs, the master bedroom looks out over the courtyard garden at the back of the cottage and has a king-size bed. The second bedroom at the front of the cottage has twin single beds and the third bedroom is a cosy bunk room with 3' wide bunk beds, perfect for younger members of the party. There is a separate cloakroom and a family shower room with a rainfall shower.

Beyond the sun room is an enclosed courtyard garden which is a lovely spot to sit and relax and enjoy the last of the sun. You are only a short walk across the road to get a pizza cooked in the courtyard of the White Hart so you can enjoy an al fresco meal back at base; and all the other restaurants and pubs in Aldeburgh are within a few minutes walk of the cottage when you want to eat out.

Enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue (please provide your own charcoal).
No reserved parking in front of the cottage on the road but please be aware this is time restricted to two hours between 9am and 6pm.

One well-behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge).
