The two bedrooms consist of 1 x double and 1 x single, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front, multi-level terrace with patio and furniture, and there are public car parks in the town. Within 0.2 miles, there is a shop and pub, and within 0.6, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Please note. This property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Off the High Street is a single-track road leading up between Barmouth Kebab/Pizza and Rowlands the Chemists. Follow this track, keep straight ahead after a few yards and then curving right along Gloddfa Rd. (do not attempt to take your car however small!) Follow the path forking right after about 30 yards, DO NOT go on up!
Carry on until you come to some steps on the left, a short walk up approx. 15 steps and turn left at a couple of steps under a telegraph post which is on the corner of 2 Bwth Mawr, the cottage is now on your right and sea to the l Note: There are stone steps leading up to the terrace, please take care. Note: The staircase inside the property is narrow. Note: The 4' double bed has no access on either side. Note: Guests can request to have luggage/groceries delivered to the property (due to no car access) for an additional £25 charge. Note: Property not suitable for children under the age of 6.
