The villa is characterized by the typical Cycladic style, with whitewashed walls and natural stone. It consists of 4 bedrooms plus a mezzanine with a sofa bed, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful dining and lounge areas and it can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Outside, there is a private pool equipped with sunbeds, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun and the sunset.

Rental rules:
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
Minimum Stay: 4 nights: 5 nights in high season (1 July - 21 August).
Security deposit: 500,00 € to be paid on arrival, it will be returned before departure less any charge in case of damage.
