This comfortable maisonette is located in Résidence La Dune. It is located at 3 km from the centre of Valras-Plage and only 400 m from the vast sandy beach of Valras-Plage. The maisonette features a furnished living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The maisonette has three bedrooms (one or two with a double bed and one or two with bunk beds or two single beds), two bathrooms with shower and WC (separate). Several rooms are located on the first floor. The maisonette features a terrace/garden with seating. The gardens of the maisonettes have artificial grass, young plants and wooden fences that provide privacy. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park. In Résidence La Dune, you can book various studios, apartments and maisonettes for two to ten people. Important! The pool will open at the end of May 2023.
