Rentoudu oman tilavan ja hyvin varustetun kaupunkiasuntoasi, joka sisĂ€ltÀÀ yksityisen, merentakaiset uima-altaan, SERENITEESSÄ. Katsele upeaa auringonnousua ja nauti rauhallisista ilta-nĂ€kymistĂ€ Buceriasiin ja Puerto Vallartaan. Tarkkaile osteri sukeltajia nurmikon tuoliltasi auringonottoa tai vaeltaa rantoja. Harmaat valaat, joulukuusta maaliskuun puolivĂ€liin, ovat uskomattomia.

Very restful during the off-season

My husband and I strategically wanted to visit PV during the low season, because we don't enjoy crowds and don't mind the heat. This property was perfect! It was super clean, well-appointed and very well cared for. We enjoyed spending lots of time in the private pool and drinking coffee on the patio, watching the birds fish in the bay. The A/C units worked great at night, so we slept very comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Jesica, our local host, was super communicative. The ocean is right off the lawn, so it's lovely to watch and hear -- but it's very shallow, so we weren't able to snorkel or swim very much. There are several public beaches close by, but the waves are large, so snorkeling or kayaking wasn't really possible. The grocery store is a quick drive away, as are lots of amazing restaurants in both La Cruz and Bucerias. I suggest renting a car so you can explore the area. If you are booking for privacy and quiet, this house might get kind of noisy during high season if neighboring homes are hosting families. But we had a wonderful time in June!

Mary and Ted's condo did not disappoint. We found the condo comfortable, quiet, secure, and rejuvenating. Picturesque sunrises with a cup of coffee in hand... could not think of a better way to start each day. Pantry spices and a supply of water jugs to get us started was a nice touch.Sunday's "farmer's market" in La Cruz's marina showcases a variety of artisans and foods. There is also a bustling seafood market within walking distance of the farmer's market. Fantastic selection and prices.All of the aforementioned would have been enough to ensure a wonderful vacation but I would be remiss if I did not mention the excellent communication we had with Mary (owner) and Jesica (property manager). Upon receiving our welcome letter from Mary, prior to our arrival, I knew we would be looked after. All questions were answered and then some. Check-in was seamless as Jesica arranged to meet us at the condo. We found Jesica helpful and accomodating. Her timely replies to queries were much appreciated.

Excellent Casa

A wonderful location and home that met our holiday expectations. Waking up to the ocean views was awesome and cooling in the pool the perfect offset for the afternoon heat. Great location for quick trips to Buceriaso or La Cruz and elsewhere.

We have stayed here before and although modern condos have found their way near casa de banderas, this casa is still private and beautiful and affordable.

Fabulous property on the water!

We have been traveling to the PV area for years and this is by far the best property we've stayed in. We loved watching the turtles and whales, while lounging by the private pool. The beach is rocky but full of marine life when the tide goes out! We snorkeled, collected shells, and loved watching the puffer fish! The neighbors were lovely and shared great local recommendations. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked the home again for next year before we returned home!

Beautiful property and location on the beach

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property is awesome, the view amazing. The first night we were treated to a lightning storm display that was awesome viewing from the patio. The location is great, easy to get to PV or Salulita. We would stay there again for sure

Loved Our Stay!

The property owner (Mary) and manager (Jesica) are super responsive and do all they can to ensure a great stay. Additionally, the next door neighbors are friendly and helpful. We did lose power for about 48 hours after a bad storm, and the neighbors (who have a generator) took our refrigerated goods and charged our devices for us. Mary searched out and found and paid for a hotel/resort for us to stay in with power (and I understand she was sick when this happened!) And Jesica gave us a ride to and picked us back up from when it was time to return to the casa. We didn’t rent a car, but had a recommendation from Jesica for a reliable, kind taxi/personal driver. I agree with the listing - while it’s likely a car would’ve been more convenient, it wasn’t necessary. Is the place perfect? No. There’s always a few minor changes that could be made, but it’s pretty darn close! My friend and I loved our stay, we’d stay there again, and I’ve already recommended it to a friend who is interested in visiting Vallarta.

The owner was very accommodating when my changed! If we had any questions or concerns there was always a quick response. I love the feeling of being in someone’s home rather than a resort with tons of people❀

This place was everything it said it was and little more. Very clean, it felt like new, and very nicely appointed. A wonderful ocean front home that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect week ocean front!

Perfect, relaxing condo with a great view and private pool. Perfect size for us 3, full kitchen, full size laundry, lots of comfy seating outside to enjoy the weather. Great neighbors, one side was a lady from Canada, and the other couple luves their full time, very nice and knowledgable about the area and have the cutest dogs who come greet you at the fence quickly whenever they are outside and move on quickly. Mo the puppy was the cutest. Great walks on the beach to explore when the tide is out. Would definately book again next time we come to the area.

We enjoyed our stay in LaCruz . Casa Banderas is nice , you can see that the owners have been doing some upgrades. Overall a good experience, with the exception of the 4 or 5 little dogs next door. The owner next door does make a effort to keep them from barking all the time & is apologetic. But saying sorry doesn’t really solve the problem. Other thing that surprised me was when same neighbour lady cut through back patio area to go visit another neighbour. I guess it’s considered common area . I not to sure why she just didn’t use their front door? Anyway just a bit obtrusive, in my mind . But overall our experience was good , the owners allowed us a late checkout,(very nice of them) Jessica the property manager was awesome. I would recommend the rental , just be aware of vocal little dogs .

Wonderful!...Again

My husband and I have vacationed here before so we brought my parents for my Dad's 70th birthday. They absolutely loved it and are already asking when we are going again. Jessica is wonderful and attentive, quick to respond to all of our needs. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner than later!

What a view!! and a Pool too

We booked this property May 2021 (for our Feb 2022 visit) so we had a place to ourselves just in case COVID was still raging - the location and the choice was perfect! Nice neighbours as part of the townhome complex, great walking along the beach location (La Cruz to the north and Bucerias to the south) - sooo quiet - the view (stunning) and the pool and deck and loungers much appreciated after a 3 year vacation hiatus! Great communication with a quick turnaround for any questions we had. Thanks so much!

Tranquil & Beautiful

What a great place! Tranquil and beautiful
exactly what my husband and I needed for our 1st vacation away in a very long time! The updated pool deck was a perfect place for morning sunrises, cooling afternoon swims and evening dinners outside. And when the tide is out, it is a short walk to La Cruz or a slightly longer, leisurely walk to Bucerias
both with their own sense of charm. Everything was very well equipped within the property and the neighbors were all very friendly and informative. Both Mary, the Owner, and Jessica, the Property Manager, were quick to respond to anything we needed or questions we had. Thanks to both of you for a wonderful vacation!

Fabulous Vacation Home by the Water

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The water comes right up to the yard and the tide pools at low tide are so much fun to explore. The house is incredibly well appointed - we had everything we needed to enjoy the house, pool and beach. Though the beach in front of the house is rocky, there are sandy beaches less than a quarter mile away on both sides. I will say, we did not rent a car and found it pretty much impossible to find Ubers. We connected with a couple excellent cab drivers, but if you won’t have a car, definitely plan to make these connections early on. Also, the major grocery stores deliver which made not having a car much easier.

If you are looking for a Hidden Getaway

We loved the privacy this property gave us! Vanessa the PM was absolutely wonderful! We did not rent a vehicle and every time we requested a taxi she organized them for us. The satellite wasn't working when we arrived and the next day she had a tech there to repair it. Any questions we had for Vanessa she was quick to respond, she was courteous and genuinely wanted to know that we had a wonderful experience. Any one who has her as their PM has a GEM! The property is well maintained however starting to show its age. The only thing that concerned me the greatest was the lack of railing across the front of the yard to the drop down to the ocean. We did not have children with us however even one that was concerned with heights could not go near the edge to enjoy the view or get to the stairs down to the water. Outside of this we loved the experience and would most definitely consider this property in our future adventures.

Ted & Mary purchased the casa in 2019. We fell in love with the location & private pool, and we spend as much time as possible at the casa. Sometimes our adult daughters even agree to join us (though often prefer coming with their friends instead)

We love the view, the privacy, the tranquility, and especially having our own pool! We are close enough to walk the beach to both Bucerias and La Cruz, yet we are far enough away that we don't have crowds. For the tourist experience, Puerto Vallarta is only 35-45 minutes south by car. For a quaint beach/surfing town experience, Sayulita is a 25-minute drive north. We couldn't ask for a better location for all that we love in Mexico.

We have enjoyed seeing whales and dolphins right from our patio, and we watch turtles' heads popping up at high tide. Binoculars provided!

Our neighbors are wonderful and sometimes we walk across the common-area pathway to one another's yards for spontaneous happy hours.
