Entrance into the warm and welcoming sitting room with comfortable seating, log burner, TV & DVD player. A great place to relax should you tire of the lake view.
The sitting room leads into the light and bright dining area and kitchen. The modern fitted kitchen is well-appointed with electric oven & induction hob, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. There's also a washing machine tucked away under the stairs.
Downstairs there's also a house bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
First floor
Upstairs there are two comfortable and stylish bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 - double bed, a light and bright room which enjoys fantastic lake views.
Bedroom 2 - twin beds in a lovely, cosy room.
Outside
Across the lane there's a lovely enclosed cottage garden which offers fantastic lake and village views. The terrace complete with garden furniture is perfect for watching the sun dance across the lake and Grizedale Hills beyond.
