The Conduit 4 is purposely located for easy access to transportation routes making it suitable for workers, contractors, families, friends, and other visitors to our lovely town of Bedford. The Conduit 4 is on a quiet street, very close to the middle of Bedford where there are a variety of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

***All our serviced accommodation properties come with freshly-laundered linen. We also provide complimentary toiletries for you to get started with your stay. After you get settled in, you can then purchase whatever you need from the variety of local shops, which are a walking distance away from your apartment.
Essentials provided: towels, bed linen, soap, and toilet rolls.


KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cooking utensils, pans and pots, dishes and silverware, a stove, an oven, a toaster, and a coffee maker.


*PARKING (​​parking is subject to availability):
There is an allocated on-site parking space shared between two apartments at The Conduit, so the space is provided subject to availability. There is also limited on-street parking: Free from 6PM till 8AM on Mondays to Saturdays and all day on Sundays. Otherwise, the on-street parking is for permit holders only (or metered parking is available for 4 hours maximum, outside of the free times).

The Conduit provides easy access to the A1, M1, Luton, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes via the A421 - Bedford Bypass. There is a regular bus service from the town centre to Cranfield University and the X5 is a regular bus service to Oxford and Cambridge.

Drivers:
Free parking is like gold dust in the centre of Bedford, but you will have access to your own dedicated parking space*, for free, in front of The Conduit (subject to availability*).

Buses and Trains:
There is both a bus and train station a short walk from The Conduit.

If you have an account, Uber rides are easily available. However, if you need one, you can also get a taxi from Bedford Taxis Fastline which is located at Ashburnham Rd, Bedford MK40 1DS
