Luxury 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment located in Swiss Cottage 30sec walk from Finchley Road tube station. Flat has been decorated to the very high standard and has amazing views for the sunset. Each bedroom comes with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet shower plus there is an extra powder room. Area is full of restaurants, spas and Waitrose is just downstairs to make your shopping easy. O2 shopping mall with cinema and more restaurants is 3 min walk away
The space
Each bathroom is decorated to a very high standard with walk in shower and bidet shower on the toilet.
Guest access
The jubilee and metropolitan lines take you to Bond street and Oxford street in less than 10min!
Other things to note
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Exactly as advertised
The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, nice, easy to find and retrieve the keys. The managers were available when needed. Instructions easy to follow. It was the perfect home away from home for our trip to London. Loved the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. It was the perfect place to get downtown easily with the tube across the street. Big fans, would use again if available.

Location was awesome but stay mediocre.
The property (rooms and kitchen) did show significant evidence of past guests and lots of dust. Bathrooms separated by 3/4 walls which limited privacy and noise/lighting containment. Also had a piece of wall decor fall on me while I was sleeping. The location is awesome, but the place is way overpriced for what you get. Also note that the porter downstairs informed us that the property owner is not supposed to be subletting as he is- which made things rather awkward for us as renters.

Convenient location and beautiful apartment
It is a beautiful and well kept apartment. Super convenient location with train station stop accord street, grocery under the building, many eateries within walking distance, accessible to food delivery services, many other services nearby for longer stays (nail shop, barbershops, etc). It was perfect for our family of 6 ( if you have kids 13yr+, it’s perfect for a group with 2 adults and 3 kids 13yr+). We would definitely stay in this apartment again! (Key pickup and drop off location was a bit of a walk from the apartment. Closer location would improve check in and out experience. We have provided this feedback with property owner, who also agreed.)
