Amazing Stay From Start to Finish

We have stayed in many vacation homes around the world, Villa Jasmine surpassed them all. Communication with Brian was excellent. Cannot say enough good things about the Staff. Some of the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. They all took such great care of us. Fabulous cooks! They were like little fairies that just seemed to know when you needed something and would magically appear. The Villa itself was immaculate in every way. Comfortable beds and lots of nice linens. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. The pool was crystal clear and cleaned each morning. Good location with short walk into town. However, taxis were cheap and quick to arrive. We appreciated the security safes found in each bedroom. Truthfully, never felt the need to use them, as we felt entirely secure with the staff. Highly recommend Brian's lovely home. You won't be sorry you stayed here. Thank you so much to Khun Noi, Mhoo, Mhee, Natty, and my very special gem, Moay. It was difficult driving away with them waving us goodbye. A tearful and heart-warming moment. And thank you, Brian, for providing such a wonderful stay!

Personal Response Guaranteed Within 24 Hours. Excellent secluded villa with infinity pool and private staff. All meals can be provided at a small extra cost.
The pool and living and dining areas are on the upper floor to make great use of the cooling breezes and wonderful views west over the Indian Ocean and superb sunsets. About two Km from Kata Beach , the best beach on Phuket in my opinion - safe surf for 6 months and great snorkelling, swimming and sailing the other six months . Kata Beach has great night life, but you are far enough away not to be disturbed by it. The Villa has superfast wireless broadband, Satellite and cable TV , Smart Tvs in every bedroom. Downstairs there are four equal sized large double bedrooms, all ensuite . The master bedroom has a massive double Jacuzzi, walk in shower area and twin hand basins with granite worktop. All towels, beach towels and bedding are included. Full size remote control gates and a 4 metre high cut limestone wall protect your privacy. Parking protected.

"Villa Jasmine exceeded our expectations. Everything was made easy for us, making for an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The owner and manager are very professional and easy to work with. Our couples experience included the following: - Personal pick-up at the airport by a professional driver in a modern mini-bus - The 2 housekeepers, maintenance man and manager, Khun Noi, all greeted us upon our arrival, as did the owner, Brian Phillips, who was staying next door for the weekend. All are incredibly nice people. - We were immediately given a tour of the property, provided drinks, a bottle of champagne, flowers for the lady and a cell phone with Khun Noi on speed dial available 24/7. - We were asked what time we would like our dinner cooked for us...they had planned a special meal of butterfish and duck curry dishes whenever we would like it cooked. After taking time to unpack and relax a bit, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner. Both dishes were outstanding - see photo! - Every morning, we were able to select a time for breakfast and preferences...eggs, bacon, fruit, fresh bread, pancakes, french toast, etc...whatever you would like, they will get it. The cooking by the two housekeepers was amazing. - A cooler near the pool was kept stocked with a variety of beverages...including my preferred beer. - After traveling for a week in Asia already, I needed laundry service...and 2 days later, everything came back clean and very neatly pressed. - If you would like lunch and/or dinner, they will also cook for you...whatever you would like. They have a full menu with both Thai and western items, including some photos for ideas. They even have a menu of wines available at the local shop that they will gladly get. - Transportation was a breeze whenever we needed it. Just call Khun Noi to arrange. Kata Beach is nearby. We enjoyed The Boathouse restaurant one evening. - Golf courses are also within 30 minutes (and more are 60 minutes away). Red Mountain is incredible (but expensive), Loch Palm is very nice and more reasonably priced and Phuket Country Club is a good value and third choice for variety at a lower cost. All were very enjoyable to play with great caddy service. Also, the restaurants at the courses were very good for post-game lunches. - Massage is everywhere...for about Usd $10/hour in or out of the villa. We did both but I strongly recommend hiring in. A 50% Thai / 50% oil massage for 90 minutes was great. Khun Noi will arrange, even on rather short notice. - Weather was great. - On our last morning, the entire staff sent us off. Final settlement for items consumed and groceries/wine purchased on our behalf was very professional with itemized bills and receipts. The cost was very reasonable and fractions of what you would pay for meals, snacks, drinks, etc. at a resort. - Return transportation included to the Phuket airport was very prompt and professional. Overall, I can't say enough good things about our stay at Villa Jasmine. I'm already excited about trying to plan my next visit!

All of the building. Our staff are very discreet and will not come into the villa unless you ask them to do so. The rooftop private pool and sun bathing areas with Ocean and sunset views is just the best! There is also a beautiful little paddling pool beside the main pool. When you switch on the in pool Jacuzzi , water jets from the stone elephant's trunk into this paddling pool.

As much as they want - we have joined guests for splendid dinners , and often sign them in to local golf clubs so that they can enjoy considerable discounts. Or we can charter a yacht and sail for a day to nearby islands.

I came to Phuket nearly twenty years ago, and fell in love with the island. I sought out the best beach (Kata Beach), and the best area to build my villa, especially designed for holiday makers' enjoyment. The villa is close to Kata Beach, with great surf for six months of the year from May to October, and flat calm clear water from November to April. Four fabulous golf courses are within half an hour's drive. Take a boat from nearby Chalong Harbour to other islands for a day trip.

No public transport, but local tuk tuks are cheap and plentiful. Alternatively, we can supply a superb 7 seater self drive Toyota 4 by 4 with or without driver if required. (50 Us per day).
For just 3,500 baht per day we can supply a luxury minibus that takes up to 12 passengers with driver to explore the whole island.
Taxis are very cheap, just 150 baht to Kata Beach and to the nearest international food store at Chalong.

There is a host of Activities we can recommend and arrange for you.
The villa is situated just below the wonderful Big Buddha (the biggest in Thailand) , its towering presence has a very calming effect.
Fabulous amenities nearby, like the Jungle rides in Hanuman World, Elephant Sanctuaries where you can swim and mud bath with the elephants, Water Parks , surf rides and of course the wonderful Kata Beach nearby.
