In the center and steps from the San Sebastián beach in Sitges you will
enjoy this fantastic apartment composed of a large living room, 2
bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace.

It is located on the second floor of the building. Upon entering you
are immediately enveloped in a unique atmosphere and setting. A wide
hallway takes you to the living-dining room and the bedroom area.

The living room is separated from the dining room and has access to a
pleasant terrace. The dining room is spacious with cozy and bright
decoration. The color contrasts as well as the natural light spots turn
the living room into a cozy living space.

The terrace is ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors with an awning for
sunny days and double glass doors.

In the same hallway we find a fully equipped kitchen.

At the other end of the apartment we find the two bedrooms, spacious,
cozy and identical with built-in wardrobes. It consists of a shared
bathroom with all the comforts and a hydromassage shower.

This spectacular apartment has impeccable finishes and all the details
have been meticulously worked on. And of course, it has air
conditioning and central heating.

It is located in the center of Sitges, 100 meters from Sant Sebastián
beach. Close to shops, bars and emblematic restaurants such as Cable.

* The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid

* For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
* For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:
* Departure time is 11 am
* Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
* Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place,
never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
