The villa is located in the middle of Istria, about a 30minute drive from the charming Rovinj. The central location of the property makes it an ideal base for exploring the Istrian peninsula. Situated in the peaceful village of Sveti Lovreč, this is a fabulous spot for finding privacy and tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle. There are restaurants within walking distance of the villa, perfect for relaxed evenings when you don’t want to cook or drive! The closest beaches are only a short 20-minute drive away.

€200 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

7 nights between 7/07 - 01/09, otherwise 4 nights

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €7 per pet per day will apply (paid locally).
