Heading upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms, a twin room, a double room and a single room as well as a master bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The House is conveniently located in Accrington which lies about 4 miles east of Blackburn, 6 miles west of Burnley, 13 miles east of Preston, 20 miles north of Manchester city centre and is situated on the mostly culverted River Hyndburn.
