WiFi, päivitetyt kalusteet, kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio. Tämä omakotitalo on täysin varusteltu lomallesi. SIJAINTI!!! Kävele päärannalle, valtamerelle tai takaisin joen laiturille. 4 korttelia merelle, 3 takana olevaan jokeen. Tarpeeksi lähellä, jotta lapset voivat pyöräillä ja viettää aikaa laiturilla. Kävele tai pyöräile myös moniin ravintoloihin ja yöpisteisiin.

Autotallitaso on ulkoilma-alue pingispongin, foosballin, pyörän ja rantaesineiden varastossa. Avautuu yksityiselle takapihalle, jossa on patio, istuimet ja hiiligrilli. Pysäköinti MAX 4 autolle. Suljettu ulkosuihku kuumalla / kylmällä vedellä.

1. kerros holvattu katto on avoin alue - sisältää keittiön, ruokailutilan ja olohuoneen, parketit, kalustetun edessä sijaitsevan kuistilla, makuuhuoneella king, makuuhuone kahdella Fullilla, täynnä kylpyamme, pesulakaappi. Great House, Great Host, Neighbors Though...

We travelled from Oklahoma and stayed 5 days for a Spring Break college visit. The layout of the property and proximity to both the local beach and to Savannah and other areas is perfect! The amenities are exactly as advertised and the beds are super comfy. Meg was a great host and helped a bunch toward the end of our trip when health concerns came up. One thing to watch out for though, the neighbors seem to be on constant alert for any shenanigans (I hear this area gets bombarded by hooligans from time to time) so adherence to house rules are a must. Really enjoyed our stay here, will come back in the future.

Peaceful Beach House

This home is absolutely beautiful. Clean and convenient to the beach. The hostess went above and beyond to make sure we were safe as Hurricane Helene caused some strong storms our way. Meg made sure to give us real time updates when power was out and roads were closed. We will definitely book here again. The home is perfectly situated and we were able to walk everywhere on the island we wanted to go. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Meg and this property were both a wonderful experience. The location size of property and amenities were spot on from the other reviews and description. We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. I would definitely stay again at this property in the future. 5 star experience all the way!!

The house was just as shown. Very clean and well kept. There were a number of bikes available to us. The kitchen was well stocked. Meg was very easy to work with and we has a wonderful time.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach

This was our first visit to Tybee Island and the house had everything we needed, including the fabulous Meg who contacted us far in advance to answer any questions. Everything was clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beach chairs and umbrellas were used daily. Great place for a beach vacation with a little history and fine dining not far away in Savannah. Highly recommend!

Everything you’d want, and more

We were here for a week. It was a perfect place to stay after exploring Tybee and the surrounding area. The home was in a nice neighborhood. The house was filled with everything we needed for a day at the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the covered porch while the rain came down. There was comfortable seating for tv watching. The big table was perfect for game nights. The beds were comfy. We will stay here again if we come back to Tybee.

Best Location on Tybee Island

This place lived up to it's description and more. It was close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house had EVERYTHING you would need for enjoying the island--bikes to get around the island, two beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels--literally EVERYTHING. The home was stocked with all of the necessities and it was beautiful and comfortable. Sitting on the front porch was wonderful. And Meg couldn't have been a better host. She was very informative and she answered every question we had. Tybee island itself was great--the beach was beautiful, there were plenty of dining options, and everyone was very friendly. There was no need for a car (4 adults), and we felt like we had stepped back in time with how relaxing everything was.

Wonderful Tybee Property

Stayed at Meg's home early March with my family. First, Meg was hand's down one of the best hosts I have ever experienced. She had great early communication with us and then throughout the stay to ensure we were set up for the best experience at her home. There was a parade scheduled for our arrival day and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get onto the island. The home is beautiful, updated, well laid out and very well equipped. You can tell it is a personally used home. The beds were very comfortable and the upstairs bathroom has amazing water pressure and shower head! It was a huge perk that bikes were included. We utilized them every day to explore the island. The home is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the downtown activity with restaurants, shops and bars. We originally had plans to explore Savannah more but we just didn't want to leave the island or drive a car. There is a grocery store close by but it is a typical island store. Kroger/Publix/Walmart is about 20-25 mins away but since the home was within the delivery range of Instacart we opted for delivery. While it wasn't quite warm enough for us to use them, there were 2 beach carts and multiple beach chairs provided for guests use. Meg's home really is a gem and the care provided to ensure guests have things they need and are set up for a great vacation is exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Savannah Bananas & work break

Rolled a long weekend into a Savannah Bananas game and a work break to put are toes in the sand. This place was amazing had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Owner communication before let us know exactly what to bring and expect. Loved the bikes and enjoyed are stay. Will definitely be back!

Very pleasant all around!

I'm reviewing this far too late, but we stayed last Thanksgiving and it was just ideal: a beautiful, well-maintained home (with a kitchen with all the proper utensils!) in an ideal and CALM location on Tybee. The property owner was super-helpful and a joy to talk to! One recommendation: if you like a firmer king-size bed, sleep downstairs, if you like a bit softer, take the upstairs king-size bed.

Relax at the beach

This house was great for our January girls' weekend at Tybee. Cozy, comfy, with something for each of us to enjoy. I can easily see how it would make a great family getaway, too. The owner was proactive and made sure we would know what to expect and very kind.

Wow! We loved our stay!

We absolutely adored this home! There was everything we needed plus some! The beds were super comfortable! ❤️ That’s always a plus for us! Out check-in and check-out was easy and Meg was awesome! Great getaway!

Our family really enjoyed our time in Meg’s great house and on Tybee. The home is exactly as stated and has everything one could need! I especially appreciated the location and the quaintness of the neighborhood. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee listening to the birds feeling as if we were in the tree tops on the lovely front porch. We used the bikes to ride all over the island (these were a huge plus!), and her little game area was a favorite as well! Meg had sent us a great email that we referred to throughout our stay with dinner recommendations and ideas of things to do with two teenagers (which was greatly appreciated). Having said that, we enjoyed a fishing charter, rented a pontoon for a day, explored the lighthouse and battery, went into Savannah and rode the historic “Hop on and off” trolly, ate our hearts out and really enjoyed our quality time together. Overall the stay was relaxed, comfortable and fun!

April vacation visiting SCAD student

Had a wonderful stay for the Maine April school vacation. House was clean, spacious, and in a great location a few blocks from the beach. The provided bikes offered fun for the group! The owner Meg thought of everything and made check in and out very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Good Time in Tybee

We had an amazing spring trip to Tybee. Everything about Meg's home is ideal. Perfect location to see the sunrise and the sunset just a short walk or bike ride either direction. A short walk to bars and restaurants. Comfortable, big beds and lots of pillows. Lots to do in the house if the weather disappoints. We can't wait to come back!
