Luxury 2 bedroom Apartment - Louvre Museum

Summary:
We welcome you to your new Parisian "pied à terre", in the very heart of the city and near the Louvre Museum.
Your 635 square feet apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building. It is composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Important: No elevator in the building - 24 stairs until the 1st floor.

The Space:
The apartment has:

- Living room with a sofa bed
- A bar and 3 chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms please see the details in the next section
- 1 bathroom with a shower (without a toilet)
- 1 separate toilet

The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons and a maximum of 6 persons.
-Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
-Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses
-Living room with high quality convertible sofa bed for two

The apartment is equipped with:
- A baby cot and/or a high chair on request only
- 1 TV in the living room
- 1 TV in the Master bedroom
- High speed Wifi
- Washer and drying machine (out of order)
- Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle
- Refrigerator, an induction cooker, a microwave , pots and pans and other kitchen items

Guest Access:
Easy Access : 5 days before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor without elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Getting Around:
Around the apartment you will find :
Bus 74, 85, N15, N16 - 1 minute walking distance
Subway/Metro: Line 1 - Louvre Rivoli (5 minutes walking distance)
Subway/Metro: Line 4 - Les Halles (7 minutes walking distance)

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm to 00am => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate to you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors.
Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules:
- no smoking
- no parties
- no music
- no people other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video session

If only one of these rules is not respected:
- a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced.
- the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
