Bright and tastefully furnished, the living room is spacious and airy. The space features a comfortable couch and a TV where you can rest and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing.

The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious meal, including an oven and a refrigerator.

The apartment has two bedrooms furnished with double beds and hotel-quality linens so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.

The contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. There is also an extra toilet to use. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This comfortable and modern apartment is located in a prime location for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer. Just a short walk from Edinburgh Castle and the National Museum of Scotland, with easy access to public transport, this is the perfect base for your city break. There is also a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

This property is about 25 minute's walk from St Andrew Square tram stop, making it the perfect base for exploring all this historic city has to offer.

Edinburgh Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
