Sitting right by the Calvari steps, Casa Estella enjoys an elevated position above the wonderful town of Pollenca and views that stretch out across the countryside.

The villa is situated right next to one of Mallorca's most well-known landmarks, the Calvari steps, which are 365 steps to a small chapel, and the walk into town from the villa is up and down the Calvari steps. These steps also host one of the most important events in the Easter calendar, the 'devallament',

The style of the villa marries together traditional Mallorcan with contemporary, with modern open-plan living areas.
Each of the five bedrooms has full-length windows to make the most of the views but also makes the property bright and airy.

Due to the style of the staircase and other architectural features, we do not recommend this property for toddlers or those unsteady on their feet.
