Summary:
Welcome to this bright and spacious apartment in the cosmopolitan heart of Knokke! Located at the bustling "Lippenslaan" and at only a 5-minute walk to the beach, this is the perfect getaway to for a relaxing stay at one of the most beautiful Belgian seaside resorts!

The Space:
The apartment is located on the fifth floor with magnificent view over the famous "Lippenslaan". You can even catch a glimp of the sea from the living window!

There are three bedrooms with highly comfortable double beds and two bathrooms with double sink and walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for you to prepare a heavenly dinner for the entire family to be enjoyed at the dining table with great view! The third bedroom has a sofa bed for two.

The entire apartment has been refurbished and fully decorated, so rest assured everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present!

Last but not lest, there’s a parking box good for 2 cars located in the residence. IMPORTANT! the size of the parking is 2,00 meters high, 2,30 meters wide and 4,80 meters deep. It’s perfect for a normal car, but not for vans or bigger cars.

The Neighborhood:
Between the old village of Knokke, Heist aan Zee and Duinbergen and the beaches of the North Sea, you can stay in our seaside town in an oasis of tranquility, close to numerous luxurious boutiques, culinary establishments and beautiful cycling and walking routes. Knokke-Heist is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Belgium. It is located on the border with the Netherlands. The sea forms the northern border and to the east lies the Zwin Provincial Nature Park as a buffer with the coast of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen (Netherlands) and only a few kilometers away from the Cadzand, Sluis and Retranchement just across the border. Damme is located on the south side of Knokke-Heist and the seaport of Bruges is located to the west.

The beach in Knokke-Heist is very famous for it’s exclusive and trendy beach-bars that allows you to enjoy a drink, snack, the sun and the ambiance of course.

Knokke-Heist has always exerted a special attraction on artists, architects, sculptors and painters. Knokke-Heist invests in art and is at home in all markets. For example, you can view top international works at more than 50 galleries.

The nature reserve "t Zwin" is one of the eye-catchers that you want to see during your stay and is an interactive nature experience park for the whole family.

Would you like to dine for hours, enjoy a nice lunch or a quick snack? Knokke-Heist has a wide range with more than 200 restaurants. Discover homely bistros, cozy eateries or trendy restaurants. Immerse yourself in our culinary world and enjoy.

Shopping in Knokke-Heist? That is pure enjoyment, seeing and discovering. From refreshingly simple to remarkably exclusive with the largest international, renowned top brands that you will discover in the golden shopping triangle Lippenslaan, Dumortierlaan and Kustlaan. In Knokke-Heist you shop differently than elsewhere and most shops are also open on Sundays and public holidays.

Knokke-Heist is easily reachable by car and train.

ACCESSIBILITY:
You can easily reach the accommodation by car, public transport and taxi.

PRIVATE PARKING:
There’s a parking box good for 2 cars located in the residence. IMPORTANT! the size of the parking is 2,00 meters high, 2,30 meters wide and 4,80 meters deep. It’s perfect for a normal car, but not for vans or bigger cars.

PUBLIC PARKING:
For all parking information, we refer you to the website “seety”. This website will clearly show the parking options when entering the accommodation address. It shows parking costs, the possible durations and even public (underground) parking options if available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
For bus transport, please refer to the website “delijn”.
For train transport, please refer to the website “belgiantrain” or “nmbs”
For tram transport, please refer to the website “dekusttram” or “delijn”.
The Belgium coast is served by the Kusttram, which traverses the entire Belgian coast from Knokke to De Panne.

Other Things to Note:
The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. It’s important to note that If you reserve this accommodation, you conclude an agreement with the owner and not with Huswell. In this context, Huswell is only a service provider to the owner and supports the owner with the rental of this accommodation. For more information about Huswell, we refer you to our profile!

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does not provide bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. High-quality bed and bath linen can be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
