The newly completed (2016) residence offers an interior of 180 square meters (1938 square feet) and features three excellent bedrooms. Extra care was given in the selection of the mattress, pillows and sheets. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV set. Extravagant bathrooms (one en-suite).
The impressive living areas of the villa include a large open plan living room equipped with a smart TV and a fireplace. There is also a dining area for 8 + persons with large windows offering inspiring views. High-bandwidth Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence.
A fully-equipped kitchen opens onto an outdoor dining area shaded by a design pergola, with great views to the infinity edge of the blue sea whereas the surrounding gardens create an ideal space for alfresco living, dining and relaxing.
