Up stairs (please note the stairs in an old property can be slightly steeper) we get to the first floor with the front facing 2nd double bedroom in a very historical double room, which has dressing table, feature antique wardrobe and matching bed, side light, tea light holder. Bed side tables and bedside lights. A beautifully presented room which embraces the history of the house, across the landing hallway this bedroom has the use of the panelled bathroom with stylish freestanding bath. Vanity basin cabinet and toilet.
This first floor has a spectacular grand hallway which evokes the buildings history and age.
The final double bedroom is a very large en suite bedroom with integral personal seating area with feature settee and stylish decoration, a dressing area with double vanity dressing tables and mirrors, beautiful period wardrobe, the ensuite is large and stylish with a large shower cabin, vanity basin and storage.
The fourth bedroom is up the stylish Spiral staircase to the loft area above the first bedroom with ensuite, making it ideal to share as a family or with children (please exercise extra caution and care with the Spiral staircase)

enjoy a quality wine of the nearby Bordeaux or bergerac region or a pineau du charante a spirit derived from cognac... the actual town of cognac is an hour away from the house ! Bordeaux and the Atlantic coast is 2 hours.
