Modern, smart heaters will keep you toasty and the flat has secondary glazing throughout to minimise noise. Blackout curtains are fitted in both the bedroom and living room for that indulgent lie in.
You have unrestricted access to the entire flat.
We live close to the property incase of any issues.
Located a stones throw from town (10 mins walk to Bath Spa train station and 6 mins walk to Bath bus station) but just across the river means you have all you need on your doorstep, including a Sainsburys supermarket within a 6 min walk as well as all amenities at Southgate Shopping Centre.
The flat is a 7 minute walk to Bath Spa train station and 6 minute walk to Bath bus station. You can walk to all the key Bath attractions from the flat, however if you decide to drive we can provide a complimentary parking permit, which will allow you to park in any available residents parking bay within Zone 4. There are 24 of these bays a few steps from the flat, and more in the surrounding area.
