The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a first-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, a first-floor living/dining room with TV and balcony, a garage, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms are set on the second floor and consist of a double with TV, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and parking available. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.2 miles. Kiama is a well-positioned home, perfect for exploring Dorset. Note: There are steps to the exterior and interior of the property. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
