The Roost offers comfortable accommodation in the conservation area of Whitstable.
Furnished to a very high standard, the property offers comfortable sofas and a smart TV as you walk in to the living, through the front door. This leads you to a dining room for 4, stepping down into the kitchen. The kitchen is quirky but with all the essentials you need to cook such as an oven, hob and even a dishwasher to take the stress out of washing up! At the end of the kitchen on the left is a utility cupboard with a washer, dryer, ironing board etc and through the door in front of you, you will find a convenient downstairs bathroom with a WC, basin and a large walk in shower to wash all the sand off after a day at the beach. Through the sunny day room, you will find the back door leading to the patio garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining and extra sofas for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine.
The two spacious double bedrooms both have a built in wardrobes and decorative fireplaces; keeping the theme of an old fisherman's cottage. The rear double bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a hand shower over a bath, WC and basin. There is also an extra single mattress under the double bed and spare bedding for an extra child.
PLEASE NOTE - The stairs are steep like so many old fisherman's houses of this kind in Whitstable.
