The apartment is lovely, the problem is the management. First they contact you via Whatsapp for a credit card number or to make a bank transfer to a personal account, which is not professional.
After you paid, there's NO service what ever. I need a bill for my stay and I've been asking for 3 weeks now. Still nothing. With the amount I've paid, the least they could do is send me a bill - which I need to bill back to my company. Nothing, no return, no bill.
Apartment is great, but make sure you don't need anything from Margemar after payment because you won't get anything.
