Villa
del Sol was designed for a relaxing and carefree holiday: the large
outdoor areas, the lush garden, the swimming pool, the comfortable and
cozy rooms, characterized by pale shades.
The villa is introduced
by the electric gate. The big garden is an oasis with chianche paths
that lead to the swimming pool and gazebo with outdoor dining area,
where you can relax.
It is possible to park the cars in the property with large garden.

Villa del Sol is on two floors and the sleeping area is divided from the living area.
On the ground floor, the airy porch
with outdoor dining area and sofas introdces the living area. The villa
opens into a living room with a corner sofa where you can relax while
watching the tv. Moreover, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen
and a full bathroom.
The stairs lead to the sleeping area on the lower floor. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is the elegant double bedroom with a pertinent outdoor area, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.
The glass door of the twin bedroom overlooks the garden and the outbuilding. The outbuilding, accessible from the garden, is furnished as twin bedroom with trundle bed and full bathroom.

centre. The villa is within walkin distance from the city centre and
less than 1 kilometer away from town services.
The tourist spots of Otranto, such as the castle with bastions, the cathedral dedicated to martyrs,
the church San Pietro and the Porta Antica. Moreover there are other
worth-visiting spots just outside the city centre such as the bauxite
quarry, the Orte bay and the Punta Palascia lighthouse.
We suggest visiting Porto Badisco, legendary Aeneas`s landing place, for a regenerating dive or the beautiful beaches and the area of Alimini lakes.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: the mandatory rent price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
