Il Fiume holiday apartment, part of the PianPieve structure, is ideal for friends and families who wish to immerse themselves in nature and discover the beauty of Assisi and Umbria.

This accommodation, the largest in the structure, of approximately 110 m2, in pastel shades of coral and antique pink, faces the mountain side to enjoy a breathtaking view.
Located on the second floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and one child. The peculiarity of this accommodation is the number of bathrooms, 4, one in the living area and three in the double bedrooms, which makes the stay even more comfortable and practical.

The living area, furnished with taste and attention to detail, is equipped with a kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare delicious dinners to enjoy in company. Here you will find a table for lunch or dinner, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

The two double bedrooms are characterized by a sloping ceiling that allows a view of the sky and are equipped with an en suite bathroom with shower. Furthermore, a third bedroom has been created in a second living area, also with an exclusive bathroom.

The Wi-Fi connection is present in all rooms of the apartment, so as to allow you to always remain connected with the outside world.
