Our house is 350 mt away from sand beach, in Lido di Noto, known as Noto Marina.

Totally autonomous house with all the comfort.
Farmhouse 70 sqm, veranda 40 sqm , independent electric gate, free parking, wide open spaces, porch, patio, lawn. Outside extra hot shower.
Our farmhouse is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden.
There are 25,000 sqm garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day for our guests.
The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.
Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in bedrooms.
Barbecue, smart TV, garden furniture. Wood for stove for winter period.
Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, swimming pool, hammock, baby cot and highchair.
A short trekking distance away, along the coast there is Vendicari natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Long stay discounted rate.The fee for using and heating the pool from October 1st to April 30th is an additional cost and is not included in the rental price. Non-heated pool use costs +30 euros per day. Heated pool use costs +60 euros per day (minimum 5 days).
From May 1st to September 30th, pool use is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, it is still possible to request heating at a cost of +30 euros per day. To be paid upon arrival.

heating and cooling with heat pump, storm windows, double glazing, 100% utilization of energy saving lamps, photovoltaic panels produce more than 100% of the energy absorbed by consumption, waste recycling, composter, burning of pruning of our trees as fuel for stove,
During your stay you can harvest for free: bio lemons (all year around), oranges, grapes, pomegranate, grapefruit, white mulberry, kaki, plums, apricots. Some tropical fruit: bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango, avocado, macadamia, water berries. Vegetable: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more. A millenary olive tree grows in the garden, look for it in the photos.
We have a small bio production of extra virgin olive oil and “Nero D’Avola” wine.

Airplane + car from Catania airport: follow the highway for Siracusa, Avola and Noto, take the exit "Noto", continue for Lido di Noto. We are 80 km away from Catania, free highway, 45 minutes away.
Airplane + car from Comiso airport: We are 80 km away from Comiso.

For those coming by car or plane + car from Catania airport: - follow the signs for Siracusa - follow the signs for Noto - Take the Noto motorway exit - Continue towards Lido di Noto - Noto Marina. From Catania it is about 80 km south, along the coast, all on the motorway.
