The apartment features a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen for light cooking, and the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. Two tables in the apartment make it ideal for remote desktop work. With internet speeds of 100 Mbps, a Wi-Fi extender ensures a stable connection throughout the apartment. Portable fans are provided to cool down in the summer, while heaters keep the apartment cosy during colder months.

The apartment offers a double bed and a twin room with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation are done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Our apartment is in a calm residential area, surrounded by nature, and just a short walk to the city centre. The beach is only an 8-minute walk away, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Praia Nova is one of the best for surfing, but other beaches are nearby to explore.

When you're not at the beach, you can find a good supermarket and several restaurants and cafes within a 4-minute walk from the apartment. So whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun-filled vacation, Costa da Caparica has something for everyone.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram stop, Universidade (line 3), is just a 10-minute walk.

Bus stops in the direction of Lisbon are within an 8-minute walking distance from the flat.

Also, Uber is relatively affordable in Portugal. Depending on the season and daytime prices are roughly (2023):
Apartment - Lisbon centre: 13-16 €
Apartment - Almada: 6-9 €
Apartment - Lisbon Airport: 16-19 €

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
