The house is totally restored in 2023 winter. It is located just a few meters away of the venetian castle, Fortezza.
Residenza di Veta is laid on two floors. It can accommodate a family of 5-7 people or a group of friends.
Layout
Inside
Open living room with corner sofa bed (2 people can sleep)
Kitchen with the neccesary utensils for meal preparation
Bathroom with shower and washing machine
Bedroom 1 with bunk bed for up to 3 people, big wardrobe
The staircase leads you to the attic, open bedroom 2 with a double bed and openplan wardrobe
Outside area
The entrance has a cooffe table with nice view to the port
Patio on the back with outside furniture and an umbrela
You are within a walking distance away from everything you may need. The house is just steps from local bakeries, supermarkets, ATM machines, liquor stores, pharmacies, boutiques, shoe stores, restaurants, and bars. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor- apartment.
