Make the most of the fully equipped kitchen, which includes plates, mugs, glasses, knives, saucepans, cutlery, bowls, wooden spoons, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, an oven, hob, and a washing machine.

**Bedroom:**
The apartment boasts one cosy bedroom with a comfortable double-sized bed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Hotel-quality linen and towels are provided, and ample storage space ensures convenience, even if you indulge in some shopping during your stay.

**Bathroom:**
The bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and sink. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, along with travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. If you require more supplies, a Tesco Express is just a few minutes' walk away.

For your convenience, we've thoughtfully provided an iron and ironing board, hangers, and a hairdryer. The property undergoes a thorough cleaning before your arrival, ensuring a fresh and comfortable experience with hotel-quality linens and towels.

DURING YOUR STAY
* If you want to use the sofa bed you must request it beforehand and pay extra £25 for a pack of linen.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.
