THE AREA
The apartment is located nearly 500 mt from the centre of Garda with its restaurants and beaches,

Entering the main gate you can park up to two cars in the garage and by walking through some stairs you reach the apartment on the first floor of the building.

LIVING SPACES and KITCHEN
The apartment consists of two floors.
On the first one, you will find a bright living room with two blue sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a round dining table. The kitchen is open up to the lake view and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all you need to have your breakfast on the balcony.

ROOMS AND BATHROOMS
At this level, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe and one bathroom with a shower. A small balcony completes this room.
The room on the first floor has two single beds and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and with a washing machine.
Both bedrooms are airconditioned.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
On the balcony outside the kitchen with a beautiful lake view you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner covered by the awning.
The large pool, which includes a sunbathing area, is shared with other 9 apartments. Two sunbeds are at disposal.
The Residence is surrounded by a garden with tall trees.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice is 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.
Getting There
The property can be reached by car driving from Garda or arriving by bus to the main bus station of Garda and then walking up 500 mt.
