My home is a beautiful modern cottage in the picture-postcard market town of Winchcombe. Stylishly decorated with two king-size bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps 4 and is perfect for family or friends. It has a luxury bathroom and a lovely secluded garden, complete with furniture.

My cottage has been recently built and has been furnished to a superior standard throughout.

The space
My home is a fantastic base from which to experience Winchcombe and explore the Cotswolds, and everything it has to offer.

The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The renovation has been carefully planned, and the property has been furnished to a superior standard throughout making the house a wonderful place to stay!

The downstairs layout has a bright and wonderful living room with includes a dedicated workspace, a TV with Roku built-in & Netflix account available, and patio doors that open onto the garden, which is especially lovely on a sunny day! The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area.

The lovely patio area has plenty of seating; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring!

The first floor has two spacious bedrooms each with a king-size bed and plenty of storage. There is also a luxury bathroom with a bath & shower.

All bedrooms come with hotel-quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries.

Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

Well-behaved pets are allowed on request. Please give details, when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.

CHECK-IN
Check-in time is from 3 pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check-out is at 10 a.m., so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property.

The ancient Anglo-Saxon town of Winchcombe is situated in a beautiful Cotswold valley mid-way between Broadway and Cheltenham (approximately 15 minutes away by car).

The town’s Walkers are Welcome status makes it a great place for those who love the outdoors, with a variety of routes to suit all ages and abilities on your doorstep.

Independent shops include a wonderful deli, traditional retailers, boutique clothing, interiors, and antique shops.

Local Supermarkets: Local newsagent (Dhillions Stores) a 5 min walk away. The co-op is an 8-minute walk away.

Restaurants: The Corner Cupboard pub is next door. Recommend going there, and The White Hart and the Lion Inn.

There's a lovely walk over the hill at the front of the house to Gretton where there's a pub with a lovely garden called The Royal Oak.

Getting around:
Free parking on premises. There's space for two cars on the drive outside the house.

Buses into Cheltenham are a 1-2 minute walk away.

The nearest train station is Cheltenham Spa train station, about a 20-minute drive away.
