With meticulously designed interiors, Villa Square offers an atmosphere of refinement and comfort. Every space has been designed to meet the needs of our most discerning guests, ensuring an unforgettable vacation. Villa Square is spread over 3 levels.
On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. The large windows allow for panoramic views of the al fresco veranda, where a magnificent infinity pool invites you to refresh yourself during the hot summer days. This outdoor space is perfect for moments of relaxation and enjoying the serene atmosphere that surrounds the villa. The ground floor sleeping area boasts two elegantly furnished double bedrooms, equipped with every comfort. A bathroom with a shower serves these rooms, offering convenience and contemporary style.
Going up to the upper floor, you will find a luxurious and relaxing master suite. This bedroom features an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub with music and ambient lighting, allowing you to immerse yourself and rejuvenate. Thanks to the windows overlooking the Bay of Budoni, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama while you relax. Outside, in front of the windows, there is a spacious solarium veranda with sun loungers.
On the lower floor, there is an additional modern open-space kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances. This spacious area features a cozy sofa corner and a TV, perfect for moments of relaxation and entertainment. Also, on the lower level, there is a sleeping area that includes a guest bathroom with laundry facilities, perfect for comfort and convenience, two double bedrooms with windows and access to an external courtyard, and a bathroom with a shower.

We recommend having a car to reach Villa Square, although it is possible to have a car-free vacation. Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away. All amenities of the villa are reserved exclusively for its guests.
